  • How do I place an order?

    You can place your order through our website or contact us directly for assistance.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    Our minimum order quantity is 10 boxed lunches.

  • Are there discounts for larger orders?

    Yes, we offer special pricing and discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for details.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance for all Brown Bag Express orders to ensure availability. All other orders should be places at least 14 days in advance. Contact us directly for any last minute order to ensure availability. A last minute order fee may be applied. 


  • Can I include a note or message with the boxed lunches?

    Currently, we do not offer customization of notes or messages with boxed lunches.

  • What if I have a dietary restriction?

    We honor dietary restrictions and will do our best to accommodate them. Please inform us of any restrictions when placing your order.
