Community Programming
Food isn’t just something we eat, it’s how we gather, learn, heal, and celebrate. The Hedonist Foodie is expanding beyond catering to bring the community programming that tastes like home and feels like possibility. Whether we're teaching little hands to cook or hosting cinematic bites for the whole neighborhood, our programs are rooted in flavor, culture, and togetherness.
Little Foodies Academy (6-Week Cooking Series)
Where tiny hands learn big kitchen confidence.
Little Foodies Academy is a six-week culinary journey designed to spark curiosity, build skills, and help kids fall in love with cooking. Each session blends hands-on learning with creativity, from safe knife skills to seasoning basics to exploring dishes from different cultures. Kids leave with more than recipes; they leave with confidence, community, and the joy of knowing they can feed themselves and the people they love. It’s cooking class meets character-building, wrapped in laughter and flavor.
Dinner & Dialogue Nights
(ADULTS ONLY)
Community conversations served with a warm plate and open hearts.
Dinner & Dialogue Nights turn meals into moments that matter. We gather around a shared table to explore stories, honor lived experiences, and talk through the issues shaping our neighborhoods. These nights create a space where food softens the room and honesty fills it — a place where you can listen, be heard, and leave feeling more connected to the people who share your city. The Hedonist Foodie provides the meal; the community provides the meaning.
Little Foodies Cinema
(FAMILY EVENT)
Movies, munchies, and mini-chef magic.
Little Foodies Cinema is a family-friendly experience where cooking meets storytelling. Kids start the evening with a fun, interactive snack-making moment inspired by the film, then cozy up to watch a movie with friends and family. Each event blends creativity, culture, and comfort showing little ones that food isn’t just something we eat; it’s something we experience. Think movie night, but cuter, tastier, and slightly chaotic in the best way.
“Feed the Block” Seasonal Givebacks
Community conversations served with a warm plate and open hearts.
Feed the Block is The Hedonist Foodie’s heart-first initiative to pour back into the community through free meals, holiday dinners, and seasonal give-back events. Whether it’s warm plates in winter or grocery bags in the summer, our goal is simple: make sure our neighbors feel seen, supported, and nourished. With help from local partners and supporters, these pop-ups remind us that feeding people is one of the purest forms of care.
Healthy Starts for Little Mouths
Simple snacks. Big nourishment. Shared moments.

Helping families stretch ingredients, time, and confidence.
These workshops teach practical, real-life skills for planning weekly meals, maximizing ingredients, and cooking on a budget without sacrificing flavor. It’s financial wellness meets culinary confidence — empowering families to feed themselves well, even on a tight schedule or tight budget.
